Rear garden, approximately 23 feet by 19 feet, is fully enclosed by brick wall, fence and the garage wall. The rented garage (currently £4.00 per week) is accessible from the garden. Vehicle access is via a 10 foot two doors up the road. There is enough room to turn the car round in the garage area. We have an electric cable to the garage to enable it to be used as a workshop. A path around the outside edge is a right of way for the other house (No 18). Soil is good to a reasonable depth due to 20 years plus of adding compost.
